Finding the right workout for specific pain points can be frustrating—most fitness apps aren’t designed for users recovering from injuries or managing chronic stiffness. CasaMed was created to solve this problem, offering physiotherapist-backed routines tailored to the user’s pain areas and mobility goals. The brand approached us to design an experience that felt accessible, intuitive, and supportive—especially for users seeking relief, not intensity.
CasaMed was built for people who couldn’t find the right workouts to relieve specific pain—whether it was joint discomfort, postnatal back strain, or chronic stiffness. The challenge was to create an app experience that feels personal, intuitive, and usable for people at different mobility levels.
We mapped the entire user journey—starting from pain point identification to exercise completion. Our UX strategy revolved around a smart onboarding system that lets users select pain areas and mobility goals. Based on this, the app recommends physiotherapist-backed workouts with built-in progress tracking.
With CasaMed, users now get tailored exercise routines they can trust. The app is no longer just another fitness tool—it’s a companion for recovery and daily relief. Early testing showed higher retention and strong user sentiment, especially among older users seeking movement support.
